Jennifer Lopez claimed that she suffered a terrible panic attack from exhaustion in her early 20s, which taught her the value of a good night’s sleep.
In her On The JLo newsletter, the Marry Me star revealed her panic episode in which her body “froze completely” as she shared that sleep was the “most underappreciated beauty secret.

The 52-year-old singing doctor stressed the importance of getting seven to nine hours of sleep each night, avoiding coffee and balancing work and exercise.
“I realized how serious the consequences can be when I neglect what my body and mind need to stay healthy, and that’s where my wellness journey began,” Lopez said. He also wrote: “I think the dream is a little time machine.
